This distinctive red is the union of Old World Italian Sangiovese and New World Chilean Malbec, two noble grapes from opposite sides of the globe. The Sangiovese brings its classic charm: bright cherry, lively acidity, and the kind of earthy backbone that has defined Tuscan winemaking for centuries. The Malbec arrives like a fresh breeze off the Andes — dark, juicy, and unafraid to show off its bold plum, blackberry, and cocoa notes.

When we first poured Old Meets New for our guests, we knew it was something special — but we didn’t anticipate just how fiercely people would fall for it. Glass by glass, bottle by bottle, word spread. Before long, it had developed a cult-like following among regulars who kept asking when they could get more.

The answer is: very soon.

The Second Batch Is Underway

We’ve heard you — and we’ve listened. The second batch of Old Meets New is now in production, aging gracefully as we speak. If all goes according to plan, it will be ready for bottling toward the end of November 2025, just in time to warm up your winter tables and holiday gatherings.

We expect this new release to yield about 240 bottles, and given the demand, they won’t linger on our shelves for long.
